This double tone chamber PANcordion Baton belonged to World Renowned Accordionist Joey Miskulin. It's again a great honor of Carnegie Accordion Company to help sell another one of Joey's accordions; he wants to make sure this one finds a great home, just like his last accordion sold from Carnegie Accordion. Joey Miskulin, a GRAMMY Award Winning Accordionist, Country Music Hall of Fame Inductee, and American Accordionists' Association Lifetime Achievement Award Winner, has a musical career spanning over six decades, and has collaborated with a range of musical artists including Johnny Cash, John Denver, Garth Brooks, Shania Twain, Frankie Yankovic, Paul McCartney, Andy Williams, Charlie Daniels, Riders in the Sky, and many more, both as a performer and studio musician. Joey's love for PANcordions is undeniable, and he's offering this beauty for sale through Carnegie Accordion Company.
This double tone chamber PANcordion Baton has 41 treble keys measuring in at a 19-5/16" keyboard, 120 bass buttons, 4 sets of double-riveted, handmade treble reeds LMMH (low, middle, middle, high), 5 sets of double-riveted, handmade bass reeds, 10 treble switches plus a palm master switch, 7 bass switches, comes with a newer extra-wide velvet bass strap, original chest pad, and newer Petosa velvet shoulder straps, along with a pre-owned hard-shell carrying case with protective blanket in great condition. This accordion is a delight to play, consisting of a powerful tone, smooth keyboard, and great compression. It's been well kept throughout the years, inside and out, and weighs approximately 27 lbs., and is estimated to have been built in the early 1960's. Joey is also including some autographed memorabilia with this purchase.
